In 2005, Robert founded Black Sports Online (BSO), a groundbreaking platform dedicated to uplifting minority journalists and delivering unfiltered, compelling sports narratives. His vision struck a chord, and after relocating to Los Angeles seven years ago, BSO exploded in growth, becoming a cultural force known for its bold reporting and diverse perspectives. Under Robert’s leadership, BSO has empowered countless voices, cementing his legacy as a trailblazer in media.
A natural storyteller, Robert expanded his creative reach with the Maxwell Powers Universe (MPU), a thrilling series blending sports, crime, and redemption. From Max Power’s gritty L.A. debut to Power Play’s chilling LA Ripper saga and the upcoming Power Outage’s New York conspiracy, the MPU showcases Robert’s knack for crafting high-stakes narratives that resonate with readers and scream for HBO adaptation.
